Loving cupcakes is one of my sinful weaknesses.  

Having it here, one lazy Saturday afternoon, with Bea at the soft opening of Cupcake Bites is worth to be blamable. :)

Preparing bulk order obviously for debut party. 

Nice, cute, tidy with bossa nova songs in the background make this cafe an attractive cozy place to hang out. 

Bea, a Scholantican, is glad to see a Benedictine medal.

A must-try Persian restaurant in Marikina.  They served kebab, shawarma and kofta balls.

Inexpensive and flavorful dishes in one satisfying eatery. 

From the ceiling of their counter area are these lovely hanging lights.

Operates from 11am-11pm and on cash basis only.

Café Breton French Crêpes & Fine Coffee

A European café that specializes in crepe and fine coffee. They have several branches here in Manila: Tomas Morato, Roninsons Place-Manila, SM Mall of Asia, U.P-Ayala Land TechnoHub, The Podium, Pasong Tamo and Trinoma Mall. 

One afternoon, we tried their branch in Trinoma Mall.  We ordered Tuna Salad Sandwhich and Honey and Almonds dessert crepe for a quick merienda. 

    

Tuna Salad Sandwhich (TSS) - P150.  A cold tuna mixed in salad dressing and lettuce in a wheat bun.  On the side, a stripped cabbage and tomatoes salad. 

Honey & Almonds (H&A) - P105. A plain crepe top with honey and almonds. 

 

The combination of TSS and H&A made our meal tasty and healthy. 

Restaurant's ambiance was good it's just the place was too tight.   Overall, we had a good French dine experience.
